Chapter 08

§8

Process, platform updates & tools

Speed matters more than a review queue. Campus publishes on its own authority using approved templates — only three things need Group sign-off.

8.1

The workflow

Group Marketing
  1. 1.Master calendar
  2. 2.Creative drop (14 days ahead)
Campus
  1. 1.Adapt to local calendar
  2. 2.Shoot / gather assets 48h ahead
  3. 3.Build from template
  4. 4.Self-check pre-flight (§8.2)
  5. 5.Schedule in central tool
  6. 6.Publish
  7. 7.Community mgmt (§7.1)
Group (again)
  1. 1.Spot-checks (sample, not gate)
  2. 2.Monthly report review
  3. 3.Quarterly network review
Approval gates — only these three need Group sign-off before posting
  1. Anything about results, rankings, or claims.
  2. Anything involving media, VIPs, or external partners.
  3. Anything during an active crisis.

Everything else: campus publishes on its own authority, using approved templates.

8.2

Pre-flight checklist — 17 items, all must pass

8.3

Meta platform updates — 2026

UpdateWhat it meansDo this
Unoriginal content demotionFacebook now demotes repurposed/recycled content. Cross-posting the same watermarked asset kills reach.Upload natively to each platform. Vary the cover/first frame. No IG-watermarked video on FB.
Groups reach advantageContent in active Groups gets treated as higher-trust than feed content.Every campus runs a school-admin'd 'Jaipuria [City] Parents' Group.
Instagram 'Your Algorithm' topic controlsUsers self-select topics; content is routed by declared subject.State the topic explicitly in line 1 of the caption and in Tier 4 hashtags.
Organic link limits — in testingMeta is testing throttling link-heavy pages that don't subscribe to paid promotion.Links in first comment or bio button only. Keep post bodies link-free.
Proactive AI ad reviewEvery ad is scanned by AI classifiers before first impression. All paid creative goes through Group / Kyrascope. No campus-level boosting.
AI transparency requirementsAI-generated imagery must be disclosed.Don't use AI-generated images of students. Ever. Use real photography.
Governance note

Meta’s 2026 direction is consistent — original content, on-platform engagement, community over broadcast, verified business identity. The strategy in this kit is aligned with that direction rather than fighting it.

8.5

Paid promotion — centralised

  • No campus may boost, promote, or run ads from its page. All paid activity runs from the Group’s Ads Manager, under the Jaipuria Meta Business Portfolio, managed by Kyrascope.
  • Campuses request paid support via the Group with: objective, catchment, dates, budget indication.
  • Rationale: pixel / attribution integrity, policy compliance under 2026’s proactive AI review, and preventing the restricted-page problem from recurring.

The metric that matters

Enquiries, not followers. A campus with 2,000 engaged local followers generating 30 enquiries a month beats one with 20,000 followers generating three.
